We’re not only a property management company but proud volunteers and leaders in our community. Since 1996, we’ve partnered with churches, schools, hospitals, charities, law enforcement, and local councils to improve the quality of life for Kentucky residents. While our business acumen drives part of our success, our true strengths come from our commitment to honesty, integrity, dedication, and respect.

As of the end of 2015, we have a 98% occupancy rate and would like to thank our residents, maintenance team (Gordon & Company), and our dedicated office staff. We’re proud of our success and pledge to provide even greater service to all our clients and our wonderful community.

As part of our commitment to further improve our services, we’ve implemented the AppFolio software to help tenants and owners make online payments, schedule work orders, and keep in touch with our team.
